| Small, Larry E. - Trooper, 21 years old, 8 months of service from July 9, 1986 to March 10, 1987. While parked in the median of Interstate 95 exchanging information with a supervisor, Troopers Small and Sawa were struck while in their vehicle by a tractor trailer which ran off the road. Occurred on 1-95 at the Havre de Grace northbound interchange. |
