| Groner, Mark P. - Trooper First Class, 24 years old, 4 years and 7 months of service from February 24, 1988 to October 1, 1992. Trooper First Class Groner was responding to a personal injury accident when another vehicle pulled into an intersection and sideswiped him. He spun out of control and collided with another vehicle coming in the opposite direction. He was killed instantly. The accident occurred at the intersection of Routes 392 and 313 about five miles east of Hurlock. |
